Mee So Sydney at ibis Styles Sydney Central and Dilmah invite you to The Art of Tea, Gin & Cuisine. This exclusive dining event is made for food lovers, cocktail fans and tea lovers. It is also a chance to see tea in a fresh and unexpected way.
In partnership with Dilmah and Dutch Rules Distilling, the event features seven tea infused gin cocktails. Each cocktail is paired with a Korean and Japanese inspired dish. Together, each pairing brings out new flavours, aromas and textures.
A Tea and Gin Event Sydney Food Lovers Will Enjoy
This is more than a tasting. It is a guided dining experience with stories, flavour notes and expert insight.
During the event, our food and tea experts will guide guests through each pairing. You will learn how tea can be brewed, mixed and layered into cocktails. You will also discover how each dish has been matched with its drink.
As a result, every course offers something different. Some pairings are bold and bright. Others are soft, aromatic and smooth. However, each one is designed to show tea in a new way.
