My best friend and I had an awesome night at Ibis. The atmosphere was great, and the DJ came on at the perfect time after our cocktails. The bartender was really friendly, made amazing drinks, and there was no wait time.The highlight of the night was definitely the food. I didn’t realise they served such delicious dishes. It honestly felt like fine dining. We ordered the tuna taco, karaage chicken, spring rolls, gyoza dumplings, and chips. Everything was cooked perfectly. The tuna taco melted in my mouth, the karaage was crispy and tender, and the dumplings were juicy and full of flavour.Huge credit to the chef. The food was incredible. I will definitely be back and will recommend Ibis to everyone. I’m even thinking about celebrating my next birthday there.

Part of the Ibis Hotel. Vibrant lights, DJ playing while you eat. Had the tuna tacos, pork buns, tahini eggplant and pork gyoza. Decent flavours but not amazing. Sat at a table that was actually a retro gaming console which was pretty cool. Food was flavourful enough, we had only 40min to eat before a show on a Sat night and food came out after about a 20min wait which wasn't that bad. There is a Secure parking multilevel complex very close by, otherwise parking is challenging. Not wow-ed but would go again.

This was the bar/restaurant attached to the hotel I was staying at.There a limited choice and it was unchanging, but it was pretty good, especially the tuna tacos.The service was good but it was never busy when I was there. I was in the hotel for over a week and ate there three or four times.
