In collaboration with Dutch Rules Distilling, this one-day-only experience features 7 tea infused gin cocktails, each thoughtfully paired with a Korean and Japanese inspired dish,

Guided by our food and tea experts, guests will discover the craft behind each pairing, from brewing techniques to flavour layering – in an interactive and engaging setting.

As part of this exclusive event, you’ll also experience Dilmah’s rare 40th anniversary tea (final batch release) – a truly limited tasting not available anywhere else.
