Join us on for Christmas in July, Saturday 25 July, 1.00-4.00pm, for a festive afternoon of bold flavours and exceptional wine pairings at Mee So Sydney, presented in collaboration with Joval Wines. This curated multi-course dining experience brings together premium produce and modern Asian technique, with each dish thoughtfully matched to standout Australian and Italian varietals.
Begin with wagyu beef tartare, black truffle and Oscietra caviar paired with a Riesling, followed by seared scallops with miso cauliflower purée and tobiko matched with Chardonnay. Enjoy flavour-forward mains including wagyu & pork menchi katsu, hojicha smoked duck donburi, and grilled cod fillet with macadamia and miso cream sauce, each complemented by an elegant Shiraz and Riesling.
This gastronomic experience concludes with apple crumble gyoza and vanilla bean ice cream, paired with a festive aromatic and citrus warm spiced Shiraz.
