Designed for lovers of creative cuisine, this intimate lunch celebrates the harmony between flavour, texture and craft. From soy-marinated ikura tarts paired with sparkling sake to Kagoshima wagyu with chilled red and a playful chestnut tiramisu served with Korean plum soju, each course is designed to surprise and delight.
